Als psycholoog bij Nazorgdienst HKM ondersteun je adoptiegezinnen vanuit nabijheid, in elke fase van hun verhaal. Je bent een veilige, warme aanwezigheid voor kinderen, jongeren en adoptieouders: iemand die meeloopt, meevoelt en meezoekt naar rust, houvast en groei.

Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team dat gezinnen ondersteunt met aandacht, tijd, nabijheid en echte betrokkenheid.

Onze dienst biedt zorg en begeleiding aan alle Vlaamse adoptiegezinnen met kinderen en jongeren tot 18 jaar. We ondersteunen gezinnen vanaf de aankomst van hun adoptiekind tot ver voorbij de scharnierleeftijden. Onze werking is intensief, warm, outreachend en kwaliteitsvol, met een sterke focus op hechting, trauma, ontwikkeling, identiteit en emotionele groei.

We zoeken een psycholoog die met professionaliteit, warmte en adoptiesensitiviteit wil meebouwen aan deze sterke en groeiende nazorgwerking.

Jouw taken

Begeleiding & opvolging

Je wordt actief betrokken in de volledige nazorgwerking die HKM de voorbije jaren uitbouwde:

• Huisbezoeken na aankomst: maandelijks tijdens de eerste 6 maanden, daarna om de 3 maanden tot 2 jaar en vervolgens een traject op maat, afgestemd op de noden van het gezin. Voor de huisbezoeken leg je regelmatig langere afstanden af binnen Vlaanderen.

• Laagdrempelige opvolging op scharnierleeftijden (7, 12 en 15 jaar).

• Gesprekken met kinderen, jongeren en ouders rond hechting, trauma, ontwikkeling, identiteit en gezinssystemen.

• Psychologische ondersteuning bij vragen rond afkomst, identiteit en verwantschap, met aandacht voor draagkracht, timing, emotionele impact en wat zulke vragen kunnen losmaken.

• Outreachende opvolging bij signalen van stress, schoolzorgen, gedragsveranderingen of emotionele noden.

• Crisisinterventie wanneer gezinnen tijdelijk extra ondersteuning nodig hebben.

• Schooloverleg en afstemming met CLB’s en leerkrachten.

• Meezoeken naar passende bijkomende hulpverlening wanneer gezinnen nood hebben aan extra ondersteuning.

Samenwerking & overleg

• Nauw samenwerken binnen een klein, multidisciplinair team van psychologen en zorgbegeleiders.

• Afstemming met partners in de keten om gezinnen zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen.

• Deelname aan casusbesprekingen, intervisie en teamoverleg.

• Mee vormgeven van infosessies, vormingen en ontmoetingsmomenten.

• Ondersteuning door de directeur, die instaat voor beleid, kwaliteitsbewaking, teamcoördinatie en een goed georganiseerde werking.

Administratie & rapportering

• Uitgebreide, kwalitatieve en zorgvuldige verslaggeving van gesprekken en huisbezoeken.

• Voorbereiding van opvolgingsrapporten voor herkomstlanden.

• Respectvolle en nauwgezette omgang met vertrouwelijke dossiers, met oog voor zowel kwaliteit als menselijkheid.

Jouw profiel

Diploma & kennis

• Master Klinische Psychologie.

• Sterke kennis van hechting, trauma, ontwikkelingspsychologie, adoptiedriehoek en gezinssystemen.

• Goede kennis van Nederlands; Frans/Engels is een plus.

• Basiskennis Microsoft Office.

Vaardigheden

• Warm, empathisch en professioneel in contact met gezinnen.

• Sterk in actief luisteren, inschatten van noden en helder communiceren.

• Stressbestendig, integer en cultureel sensitief.

• Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook vlot samenwerken in team.

• Nauwkeurig in administratie en verslaggeving.

• Neutrale, professionele houding tegenover interlandelijke adoptie.

• Bereidheid om verplaatsingen te maken in heel Vlaanderen voor huisbezoeken en outreachende opvolging.
