Waar je komt te werkenJe werkt voor de gehele regio Zaanstreek/Waterland van Levvelgepositioneerd in hetgebiedsteam, waar integrale jeugdhulp wordt geboden. Jouw standplaatsen zijnPurmerend en Zaanstad. In Zaanstreek-Waterland zijn meerdere (8-10) ambulante teamswerkzaam, die steeds meer met elkaar samenwerken op het gebied aanmelding,screening, begeleiding en behandeling en andere inhoudelijke thema's. De regio is volopin ontwikkeling waarbij het belangrijk is om verder te werken aan het verbinden enverbreden van het (GGZ) behandelaanbod. Je werkt nauw samen met de vakgroep leiderdie ook een deel van de werkbegeleiding op zich neemt. De regio ZaWa heeft een grotevariëteit aan ambulante (jeugdhulp)afdelingen. We hebben twee Specialistisch KindCentra met in totaal 5 groepen en ambulante programma's, teams die bij gezinnen thuiskomen voor specialistische opvoedproblematiek (JMW team, Gebiedsteam), een groteambulante forensische afdeling (IPA&IFA) en een afdeling schoolmaatschappelijkwerk. De teams kennen allemaal hun lokale en externe netwerken goed, en er zijn nogveel mogelijkheden tot groei. Hoe ga jij je inzetten?
