Wat wij jou bieden: Jouw inzet daar staat natuurlijk iets tegenover, voor deze functie bieden wij: - Een bruto maandsalaris, op basis van 36 uur per week, ingeschaald in FWG 60 conform CAO-GGZ. De salarisrange ligt tussen de €4.412,- en €5.730,- afhankelijk van ervaring en kwalificaties. - Een contract voor 28 of 36 uur per week. - De Viersprong biedt een gedegen trainingsprogramma en staat voor jou klaar. Je krijgt werkbegeleiding, volgt trainingen en wekelijks taakgerichte supervisie om middels het model te streven naar een zo goed mogelijke behandeling. Wat ga je doen? Als MST-CAN therapeut werk je gedurende 6 tot 9 maanden intensief met gezinnen in hun eigen leefomgeving, gericht op het creëren van een veilige en stabiele thuissituatie. - Je behandelt gezinnen volgens het MST-CAN model, waarbij je gebruikmaakt van systemische en cognitief gedragstherapeutische interventies; - Je richt je op het versterken van emotie regulatievaardigheden, opvoedvaardigheden, communicatie en probleemoplossend vermogen binnen het gezin; - Je betrekt actief het netwerk van het gezin, zoals familie, school en andere betrokkenen; - Je stemt de behandeling continu af op wat het gezin nodig heeft, zoals traumabehandeling of ondersteuning bij middelengebruik; - Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bespreekt wekelijks doelen en voortgang in groepssupervisie met je team.
