GZ psycholoog ouderenzorg - GZ-psycholoog ouderenzorg Breng als GZ-psycholoog jouw expertise naar de ouderenzorg. Behandel bewoners, adviseer families en ondersteun zorgteams, met ruimte voor eigen regie. GZ-psycholoog ouderenzorg Jouw nieuwe baan Binnen de ouderenzorg kijk je verder dan zichtbaar gedrag. Verandert een bewoner plotseling of loopt de zorg vast, dan onderzoek jij wat er speelt. Vanuit jouw expertise behandel, observeer en adviseer je. Een werkdag start bijvoorbeeld met rapportages van bewoners. Daarna spreek je iemand met een depressie en een neurocognitieve stoornis. Tussendoor bespreek je een ingewikkelde casus met een basispsycholoog. Ook vraagt een arts jouw advies bij een crisissituatie rond een nieuwe bewoner. Later schuif je aan bij het MDO. Samen met onder andere een arts, fysiotherapeut, verzorgende IG en verpleegkundige bespreek je bewoners met probleemgedrag. Vanuit verschillende invalshoeken ontstaat een passend plan. Jij brengt in wat een bewoner nodig heeft, welke aanpak het zorgteam helpt en hoe naasten betrokken blijven. Gesprekken met familie vormen eveneens een belangrijk deel van je werk. Psychologische kennis vertaal je naar duidelijke uitleg en praktische adviezen. Zo krijgen naasten meer inzicht in gedrag en weet het zorgteam welke aanpak aansluit. Daarnaast begeleid je een masterpsycholoog of PIOG in het dagelijkse werk. Je bespreekt casuïstiek, deelt vakkennis en ondersteunt hun ontwikkeling. Binnen de vakgroep lever je bovendien een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan beleid en de verdere kwaliteit van ouderenzorg. Ook basispsychologen met ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg zijn welkom om te reageren. Deze functie biedt ruimte om verder te groeien richting de opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog.
