Dat doen we in onze vijf verpleeghuizen én bij mensen thuis in de gemeenten Doetinchem en Bronckhorst. Als psycholoog maak je deel uit van een groeiend multidisciplinair behandelteam met onder andere medisch en verpleegkundig specialisten en collega-psychologen. Je werkt nauw samen met paramedici, team- en kwaliteitsregisseurs en zorgteams, zowel binnen onze locaties als in de thuiszorg. Je draagt bij aan de behandelplanning en helpt bewoners om zo veel mogelijk de regie over hun eigen leven te behouden. Daarbij staat niet de aandoening, maar de mens centraal. Je kijkt naar wat iemand nodig heeft om zich prettig, veilig en gezien te voelen. In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om: - Psychologische diagnostiek uit te voeren bij ouderen met uiteenlopende problematiek, zoals dementie, depressie, angst- en gedragsproblemen. - Advies en consult te geven aan bewoners, zorgteams, familieleden en andere betrokkenen. - Zorgteams te ondersteunen bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van zorg- en behandelplannen. - Bij te dragen aan deskundigheidsbevordering, bijvoorbeeld door scholing, coaching en intervisie. - Samen met collega's de kwaliteit en inhoud van de psychologische zorg verder te ontwikkelen.
