Wij bieden geestelijke gezondheidszorg op maat. Samen met cliënten, familie, naasten en netwerkpartners realiseren we zorg die ertoe doet. We zetten in op inclusieve zorg en op het versterken van veerkracht en de eigen regie. Want ieder verhaal telt.

Met meer dan 1200 medewerkers bieden we zorg en ondersteuning aan mensen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid, verspreid over onze ziekenhuizen, verzorgingstehuizen en initiatieven beschut wonen.

Waar kom je terecht?

Wooneenheid De Fonkel maakt deel uit van PVT Campus Waesdonck, en biedt een thuis aan 24 volwassenen met een langdurige en complexe psychische kwetsbaarheid. Het gaat over een heterogene bewonersgroep wat psychiatrisch ziektebeeld betreft, maar op het vlak van zelfstandigheid en dagelijks functioneren situeren ze zich op een relatief laag niveau.

Jouw functie

Je hebt een gevarieerde functie als psycholoog & zorginhoudelijke coördinator, binnen een wooncontext voor personen met een langdurende begeleidingsnood en waarbij je echt een verschil kan maken voor de bewoners en hun familie. Je maakt samen met de coördinator en de psychiater deel uit van de afdelingsleiding.

  • Je begeleidt therapeutisch processen (individueel, in groep, met partner/familie).
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met de bewoners en betrekt de familie en het netwerk.
  • Je staat in voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en evalueren van de zorginhoudelijke visie en strategie.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan overlegmomenten over de zorginhoudelijke visie en ondersteunt en motiveert de teamleden bij de begeleiding.
  • Je werkt samen in een interdisciplinair team.
  • Je volgt gepaste vormingen om de werking te verbeteren.
  • Master klinisch psychologie op zak met enige ervaring of pas afgestudeerd? Hoe dan ook word je warm onthaald en gecoacht door een professioneel team.
  • Heb je reeds ervaring of stage gelopen binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg? Dan is dit mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een hart voor mensen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid en hebt veel zin om hiermee aan de slag te gaan.
  • Je kan je vinden in een herstelgerichte benadering en stelt de autonomie en de belevingswereld van de bewoners en hun netwerk voorop.
  • Je beschikt over een goede dosis zelfstandigheid en geeft de begeleiding mee vorm.
  • Met je enthousiasme, openheid en creativiteit inspireer en coach je het team en bouw je mee aan een toffe teamdynamiek.
  • Je herkent je in het DNA van iedere Multiversum medewerker: we staan betrokken, verbonden, deskundig en dynamisch in ons werk!
