Op onze afdeling High & Intensive Care (HIC), in de acute psychiatrie, zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als psychomotorisch therapeut ben je onderdeel van ons multidisciplinaire team en lever je vanuit beweging een bijdrage aan de behandeling van onze patiënten. Je behandelt en begeleidt patiënten hierbij individueel of in groepsverband. Je probeert je hierbij op elk van hen zo goed mogelijk af te stemmen en bij te dragen aan het herstel door middel van psychomotorische therapie. Daarnaast observeer je de voortgang en draag je zorg voor een correcte registratie van het traject. Vanuit jouw rol heb je oog en oor voor het hele verhaal van de patiënt. Je zet jouw creativiteit graag in om na te denken over verbeteringen of vernieuwingen van activiteiten en therapieën die aansluiten bij de behandeldoelen van de patiënt. Jouw sociale vaardigheden zijn doorslaggevend om patiënten te motiveren, zodat ze aan de slag gaan met bewegen en niet snel opgeven. Het is belangrijk dat je weet om te gaan met afwijkend gedrag, zodat je goed kan inspelen op spanningen bij de patiënten of op een afdeling. Op de HIC help je mensen die in ernstige psychiatrische nood verkeren goed en menswaardig op te vangen en te behandelen, in een omgeving waar veiligheid en bescherming gecombineerd wordt met respectvolle zorg en behandeling. Centraal staat daar in het terugdringen van dwang en drang met de aandacht gericht op het herwinnen van de eigen regie van de cliënt. Contact met patiënt, naastbetrokkenen en ambulant vormt de basis van ons handelen. Zorgafstemming met alle partijen vinden we essentieel. Wat hebben we jou te bieden?
