Een schoolnabije CLB-medewerker onthaalt en verheldert vragen van leerlingen, ouders en scholen binnen de domeinen van de leerlingbegeleiding.

Je brengt samen met scholen onderwijsnoden in kaart en je slaagt erin om handelingsgerichte adviezen te formuleren waarmee men verder aan de slag kan. Soms volstaat deze ondersteuning niet en zoekt de medewerker verder naar hulp binnen of buiten het CLB.

De medewerker gaat in dialoog met de school, signaleert vaak voorkomende problemen en biedt via consultatieve leerlingenbegeleiding ondersteuning aan de school.

Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team. Overleg met collega's in het kader van een optimale leerlingbegeleiding is hierbij essentieel.

Competenties

· Beschikken over expertise m.b.t. onderwijs of bereid zijn om zich in te werken.
