Psychotherapeut / Klinisch Psycholoog Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ervaren psychotherapeut of klinisch psycholoog die graag bijdraagt aan de hoogwaardige behandeling van onze cliënten en de ontwikkeling van onze behandelteams. Je hebt een adviserende en meekijkende rol waarin je behandelplannen toetst en feedback geeft. Je denkt kritisch mee over behandelstrategieën en draagt bij aan het verhogen van de kwaliteit en doelmatigheid van behandelingen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een cultuur van openheid, professionele reflectie en continue verbetering. Het betreft een nieuwe functie die momenteel door één psychotherapeut wordt uitgevoerd. We willen deze functie uitbreiden naar een klein team van psychotherapeuten en klinisch psychologen. Naast het kritisch meekijken met onze behandelingen werk je binnen dit team aan de verdere ontwikkeling van jullie rol binnen de organisatie. Vind je het prettig om dit te combineren met het werken als (regie)behandelaar? Dan kijken we samen naar een passende verhouding tussen beide werkzaamheden. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je gaat werken in een goed draaiende praktijk voor BGGZ en SGGZ, waarin de samenwerking met collega's en ketenpartners, zoals verwijzers, erg belangrijk is. Binnen onze praktijk streven we naar het hoogst haalbare kwalitatieve niveau van behandeling, zowel op het gebied van behandelresultaat als doelmatigheid. We zoeken collega's die zich hierdoor aangesproken voelen. De behandelplannen worden op maat gemaakt, waarbij onderdelen uit protocollen worden gebruikt die passend zijn bij de cliënt en de behandeling. Aansluitend op de wens van verzekeraars zal beleid worden ontwikkeld om meer in groepen te werken. Ook binnen deze groepsbehandelingen blijft het uitgan...
