The posting

In het kader van de uitrol van de gewestelijke strategie voor stedelijke netheid en van Pact 2 met betrekking tot de werf van metrostation Toots Thielemans, versterkt Brussel Netheid zijn systeem van Publieke Zonemanagers (PZM), ook wel coördinatoren/coördinatrices van acties inzake stedelijke netheid in Brussel genoemd.

De aangeworven persoon zal het team vervoegen als tweede Publieke Zonemanager en zijn/haar opdrachten uitvoeren onder de coördinatie van de referentie-Publieke Zonemanager.

In nauwe samenwerking met de referentie-Publieke Zonemanager stuurt en coördineert u de actoren, projecten en partnerschappen aan die een impact hebben op de stedelijke netheid. U volgt de terreinacties op, mobiliseert de betrokken partners en ziet erop toe dat de netheidsdoelstellingen worden geïntegreerd in projecten inzake ruimtelijke inrichting, mobiliteit en stedelijke transformatie.

Ervaring

U beschikt over minstens 5 jaar relevante professionele ervaring in projectbeheer en projectcoördinatie, met inbegrip van evaluatie, opvolging en rapportering.

U voelt zich thuis in complexe omgevingen met meerdere actoren en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Brusselse institutionele systeem (gewestelijke en gemeentelijke bevoegdheden, publieke actoren, mechanismen van interinstitutionele coördinatie).

Ervaring in het beheer van de openbare ruimte, milieu, stadsontwikkeling, mobiliteit of territoriale ontwikkeling vormt een belangrijk pluspunt.

Ervaring in de coördinatie van projecten waarbij meerdere publieke actoren en operationele terreinploegen betrokken zijn, vormt een belangrijke troef.

Kennis

· Door de digitale transitie van onze samenleving en de overheid zijn digitale vaardigheden essentieel geworden. U bent in staat digitale inhoud en tools (Office Suite) te gebruiken en engageert zich om uw digitale vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

· Kennis van een cartografisch en/of grafisch hulpmiddel is een pluspunt.

· U beschikt over kennis van de opdrachten en waarden van Brussel Netheid.

· U begrijpt teksten en gesprekken in het Frans of Nederlands en beschikt over basiskennis van de andere taal.

· U drukt zich zowel schriftelijk als mondeling duidelijk en begrijpelijk uit en rapporteert gegevens correct.

· U beschikt over een goede kennis van de Brusselse omgeving (sociologisch, politiek, institutioneel en verenigingsleven) en van de strategie voor stedelijke netheid: clean.brussels.

· U bent proactief en in staat pragmatische en innovatieve oplossingen te identificeren om de kwaliteit van de openbare ruimte duurzaam te verbeteren.

· U bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwensrelaties op met uiteenlopende gesprekspartners, zowel op het terrein als binnen coördinatieorganen, begrijpt hun respectieve beperkingen en bent in staat hun behoeften te vertalen naar concrete acties.
