Neem Contact op Parttime Noord-Holland Midden in het Westerpark ontdek je het verhaal van Amsterdam. Bij Amsterdam in Motion zien bezoekers hoe de stad is ontstaan, gegroeid en veranderd. Van Amsterdammers en toeristen tot schoolklassen: iedere dag staat er een ander publiek voor je neus. Daar zoeken we publieksbegeleiders voor. Als publieksbegeleider zorg jij dat bezoekers zich vanaf het eerste moment welkom voelen. Je scant tickets, helpt mensen op weg en vertelt enthousiast over de tentoonstelling en de stad. Ook wanneer het rustig is, zie jij wat er moet gebeuren. Je wacht niet af, maar pakt het gewoon op. Wat ga je doen? - Jij bent het gezicht van Amsterdam in Motion - Je ontvangt bezoekers en scant hun tickets - Je helpt bezoekers bij de ticketkiosk - Je geeft een korte introductie voordat de voorstelling begint - Je beantwoordt vragen over de tentoonstelling en vertelt graag iets extra's over Amsterdam - Je begeleidt bezoekers in de expositieruimtes - Je vraagt bezoekers naar hun ervaring en nodigt hen uit om een Google-review achter te laten - Je vertelt bezoekers over de photobooth en de mogelijkheid om koffie te halen - Je zorgt samen met je collega's dat het museum netjes en klaar voor bezoekers blijft - Je sluit de dag af met een korte rapportage en laat de locatie goed achter voor de volgende collega's. Hoe ziet een werkdag eruit? Je opent de locatie samen met een collega. Eerst lopen jullie een rondje door het museum om te controleren of alles klaarstaat. Daarna komen de eerste bezoekers binnen. Jij ontvangt hen, helpt bij de ticketkiosk en geeft informatie over de voorstelling. Tijdens de dag wissel je af tussen de entree en de expositie. Boven begeleid je bezoekers en vertel je meer over wat er te zien is. Is het even rustig? Dan zie jij zelf welke taak je kunt oppakken.
