Robert Half is op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven Purchase Officer (regio Roeselare) (m/v/x).

Voor onze klant gaan we op zoek naar een Purchase Officer die graag ownership neemt en mee wil bouwen aan een efficiënt en toekomstgericht aankoopbeleid. Je komt terecht in een organisatie met een warme, collegiale sfeer waar samenwerking, vertrouwen en werkplezier centraal staan.

Het team telt een 70-tal medewerkers en staat bekend om zijn informele cultuur: kleine attenties doorheen het jaar, een jaarlijkse teambuilding en een personeelsfeest waar ook partners welkom zijn. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar even hard ingezet op verbinding en teamgevoel.

Takenpakket

Als Purchase Officer neem je een sleutelrol op binnen het aankoopproces en krijg je op termijn verantwoordelijkheid over één of meerdere productcategorieën:

  • Je beheert aankoopvoorwaarden en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met bestaande leveranciers.
  • Je onderhandelt aankoopcondities en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en strategische keuzes.
  • Je gaat proactief op zoek naar nieuwe leveranciers en opportuniteiten, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
  • Voor een aantal leveranciers neem je de aankoop van materialen volledig zelfstandig op.
  • Je bewaakt het voorraadbeheer van het hoofdmagazijn en de filialen.
  • Je volgt inkooporders logistiek correct op en zorgt voor een vlotte doorstroming.
  • Je houdt leveranciers-, artikel- en logistieke gegevens nauwkeurig up-to-date in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor aftersales en retours en organiseert dit proces van A tot Z.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van garanties en retours, met oog voor klanttevredenheid en interne werking.

Profiel

Onze klant kijkt uit naar een kandidaat die zich herkent in volgend profiel:

  • Diploma: Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, voorraadbeheer, supply chain of een logistieke functie.
  • Talenkennis: Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • IT-vaardigheden: Je werkt vlot met Excel; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bewaart graag het overzicht, neemt initiatief en denkt mee over efficiëntere processen. Je bent analytisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en schakelt snel wanneer actie nodig is.
