Als purchase officer beheer je verschillende productgroepen en draag je bij aan de optimalisatie van het aankoopbeleid, je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke voor aankoop en verschillende interne afdelingen.

  • Je beheert de aankoop van jouw toegewezen productgroepen en optimaliseert het leveranciersbestand.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met bestaande leveranciers en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe partners.
  • Je volgt markttrends, prijsevoluties en ontwikkelingen binnen jouw productgroepen op.
  • Je onderhandelt over prijzen, kwaliteit, service en leveringstermijnen om de beste voorwaarden te bekomen.
  • Je denkt kritisch mee over kostenbesparingen, efficiëntere aankoopprocessen en de verdere professionalisering van het aankoopbeleid.
  • Je stemt de aankoopbehoeften af met verschillende interne afdelingen, waaronder productie, R&D en technische dienst.
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere centralisatie en optimalisatie van de aankoopactiviteiten.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen aankoop, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving, en bent klaar voor een volgende stap in je carrière.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet gegevens en marktinformatie om te zetten in onderbouwde beslissingen.
  • Je haalt energie uit onderhandelen en combineert commerciële flair met assertiviteit.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
