The posting

Voor een voedingsbedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar versterking voor het team Planning & Purchasing, namelijk een purchasing officer.

Iemand die overzicht bewaart, vooruitdenkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat onze productie kan draaien.

Verpakkingen, chemie, materialen... het moet er zijn. Op tijd, correct en efficiënt.

Je komt terecht in een team van 7 collega's. Samen staan jullie in voor de planning van onze verpakkingsactiviteiten en de aanvoer van alles wat daarbij hoort. Jullie werken nauw samen en springen bij waar nodig. Continuïteit is geen optie, maar een must.

Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, idealiter 3 tot 5 jaar.

Je beschikt over een bachelor, bij voorkeur in een economische richting.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

SAP-kennis is een sterke troef.

Maar belangrijker dan je diploma is je manier van werken.

Je bent:

  • * Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • * Sterk in plannen en organiseren
  • * Communicatief en duidelijk
  • * Stressbestendig wanneer het tempo omhoog gaat
  • * Assertief wanneer beslissingen genomen moeten worden
  • * Een teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidszin

Wat doe je concreet?

Je neemt het aankoopluik voor jouw rekening en volgt dit van A tot Z op.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Bestellen van verpakkingsmaterialen zoals karton en folie
  • * Bestellen van chemische producten en diverse materialen zoals paletten
  • * Plaatsen van orders in SAP op basis van behoeften en forecasts
  • * Opvolgen van de volledige orderflow

Je bewaakt daarnaast ook de details:

  • Controleren van orderbevestigingen en prijzen
  • * Oplossen van verschillen tussen facturen en bestellingen
  • * Proactief reageren bij leverproblemen
  • * Escaleren wanneer nodig

Daarnaast denk je verder dan vandaag:

  • Optimaliseren van bestelhoeveelheden in functie van prijs en logistieke efficiëntie
  • * Bepalen van safety stocks rekening houdend met beperkte stockagecapaciteit
  • * Ondersteunen bij tenders door data te verzamelen en te updaten
  • * Klachten behandelen en correct registreren
  • * Continu zoeken naar verbeteringen binnen processen en ERP

Samen met je collega's zorg je voor back-up binnen purchasing en planning.
