Voor een organisatie in de regio Dendermonde zijn we op zoek naar een Purchase & Planning Coordinator die aankoop en planning graag combineert. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn en houdt daarbij rekening met voorraad, productiebehoeften en levertermijnen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je maakt aankoopplanningen op basis van forecasts, voorraadniveaus en operationele behoeften.
  • Je plaatst bestellingen en volgt deze van orderbevestiging tot levering nauwgezet op.
  • Je bewaakt levertermijnen en schakelt met leveranciers wanneer bestellingen vertraging oplopen.
  • Je analyseert voorraad-, aankoop- en planningsgegevens en detecteert tijdig mogelijke tekorten of afwijkingen.
  • Je werkt samen met aankoop, productie en andere interne afdelingen om de planning optimaal te laten verlopen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen de voedingssector en kent de werking van een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een eerste stevige ervaring opgebouwd binnen aankoop, demand planning, materiaalplanning, supply chain planning of een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, sterk met cijfers en hebt een goed gevoel voor planning en prioriteiten.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met Excel en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-systeem.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt voldoende kennis van het Frans om leverancierscontacten op te nemen.
