Ben jij klaar om een sleutelrol te spelen binnen een sterk groeiend productiebedrijf waar inkoop veel verder gaat dan alleen bestellen? Wij zoeken een ervaren Inkoopspecialist die volwaardig mee de aankoopstrategie helpt uitbouwen. Je komt terecht in een compact, hecht team van drie inkopers waarin samenwerking, autonomie en expertise centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Purchase Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inkoopproces van je eigen leveranciersportefeuille. Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare aanvoer van materialen en diensten, beheert contracten en bouwt duurzame relaties op met leveranciers. Binnen het team werken jullie gelijkwaardig samen, met elk jullie specialisaties en gedeelde verantwoordelijkheden.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van je eigen leveranciersportefeuille met focus op kwaliteit, kostenefficiëntie en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Opvolgen en afhandelen van bestellingen binnen afgesproken voorwaarden en deadlines.
  • Onderhouden en versterken van leveranciersrelaties, inclusief onderhandelingen over prijzen en condities.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met interne afdelingen zoals engineering, verkoop, productie en logistiek.
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen binnen de aankoopafdeling.
  • Fungeren als key user voor het ERP-systeem (Business Central), waarbij je collega’s ondersteunt en verbeteringen in het systeem helpt implementeren.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als volwaardige inkoper – niet enkel administratieve aankoopondersteuning.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving of industriële context.
  • Je beschikt over grondige kennis van ERP-systemen (ervaring met Business Central is een groot pluspunt).
  • Je werkt analytisch, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
  • Je bent zelfstandig maar functioneert uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Je bent leergierig en wil je verder verdiepen in jouw specialisatie binnen inkoop.
