Jullie werken gelijkwaardig samen, elk met eigen leveranciers, gedeelde verantwoordelijkheden én ruimte om te specialiseren.

Jobomschrijving

ls Purchase Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van je eigen leveranciersportefeuille en het tijdig inkopen van producten en diensten. Je werkt in een hecht team van drie inkopers, waarin jullie elkaar ondersteunen, aanvullen, vervangen en versterken.Een greep uit je takenpakket:Beheren van je eigen leveranciersportefeuille met focus op leverbetrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en kostenefficiëntieOnderhouden en uitbouwen van leveranciersrelatiesTijdig afroepen van materialen en afhandelen van bestellingen binnen afgesproken voorwaardenRegelmatig afstemmen met engineering, verkoop, productie en logistiekActief bijdragen aan de verbetering van inkoopprocessen en samenwerkingKey user ERP (BC/MRP): aanspreekpunt voor Business Central, ondersteuning van collega’s en meedenken over systeemoptimalisatie

We zoeken een kandidaat die:Ervaring heeft in een aankoopfunctie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgevingInzicht heeft in inkoopprocessen, leveranciersbeheer en samenwerking met andere afdelingenGoede kennis heeft van ERP-systemen, idealiter Business CentralSterk communiceert, zowel in het Nederlands als EngelsNauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en zelfstandig werktLeergierig is en zich wil specialiseren en continu verbeterenProactief is in het onderhouden en verbeteren van leveranciersrelaties en inkoopprocessen
