Jobomschrijving

  • Beheren en opvolgen van aankoopbestellingen van A tot Z
  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van duurzame relaties met leveranciers
  • Opvolgen van voorraadniveaus en bijdragen aan een efficiënt stockbeheer
  • Controle van leveringen, prijsafspraken en aankoopfacturen
  • Ondersteunen van leveranciersonderhandelingen en prijsbesprekingen
  • Monitoren van marktontwikkelingen en identificeren van alternatieve producten en leveranciers
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van sales, magazijn en directie
  • Je beschikt over (minstens) een eerste relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, supply chain, logistiek of stockbeheer
  • Je werkt analytisch en voelt je comfortabel met cijfers en rapportering
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt gemakkelijk professionele relaties op
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht mee
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, vlotte kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt
  • Je voelt je thuis in een KMO-omgeving met korte beslissingslijnen en veel verantwoordelijkheid
  • Affiniteit met de bouwsector of technische producten is een sterke troef
