Onze klant, een bekende speler binnen de FMCG-markt, is momenteel op zoek naar een purchase assistant ter ondersteuning van het team. Het bedrijf is gelegen in Wijnegem en bereikbaar met eigen vervoer of openbaar vervoer. Het is een ambitieuze en groeiende organisatie met focus op open communicatie, samenwerking en flexibiliteit.

Jobomschrijving

  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan de Category Managers en de opvolging van diverse aankoopgerelateerde processen.
  • Contact opnemen met verschillende leveranciers.
  • Administratieve opvolging van een aankoop.
  • Het nauwkeurig beheren en opvolgen van promoties, folders en rapportages.
  • Onderhouden en actualiseren van het centrale artikelbestand in onze databank.
  • ungeren als back-up voor collega's binnen de teams Purchase Support en Replenishment.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd binnen aankoopondersteuning.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Office, met een bijzondere focus op Excel.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen en werkt vlot met verschillende digitale toepassingen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je denkt commercieel mee en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
