Jobomschrijving

USG Professionals is op zoek naar een Purchaser voor onze klant in regio Wilrijk. Dit kan zowel als USG Project consultant als op Freelance basis!

Ben jij een ervaren Procurement / Sourcing Professional die graag werkt op het snijvlak van leveranciers, contracten, onderhandelingen en interne stakeholders? Dan is dit misschien een interessante volgende opdracht!

We zijn op zoek naar een Indirect Sourcing Consultant voor een dynamisch team in Wilrijk, voor een tijdelijke opdracht van ongeveer 6 maanden, met een start rond half oktober 2026.

Jouw rol

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over verschillende bestaande leveranciers- en commodityportefeuilles en fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen interne stakeholders, leveranciers en het sourcingteam.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Beheren van consultingleveranciers en opvolgen van aanvragen voor consultants
  • Ondersteunen van sourcing-, onboarding- en contractuele processen
  • Beheren van SOW's, procurement requests en commerciële voorwaarden
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen, indexeringen en contractwijzigingen
  • Beheren van relaties met telecomleveranciers en ondersteunen van telecomprojecten
  • Ondersteunen van sourcingactiviteiten binnen HR, Health, Training & Development, Payroll en PPE/werkkleding
  • Contracten reviewen en commerciële voorwaarden valideren
  • Stakeholders adviseren over leveranciersgerelateerde vragen en oplossingen
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke leveranciersrelaties

Wat zoeken we?

  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen Procurement, Sourcing of Contract Management
  • Sterke ervaring met supplier management en commerciële onderhandelingen
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden
  • Hands-on, gestructureerde en sterk georganiseerde aanpak
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en kunt zelfstandig werken
  • Goede kennis van Excel en contractmanagement
  • Ervaring met Medius of gelijkaardige procurementtools is een plus
  • Vloeiend Nederlands & Engels – vereist
