Voor een stabiele en internationaal actieve organisatie in de regio Kortrijk is Robert Half op zoek naar een Purchase Manager (M/V/X). Je komt terecht in een groeiende omgeving waar aankoop verder gestructureerd en geprofessionaliseerd zal worden. De focus ligt voornamelijk op de aankoop van onderdelen en materialen ter ondersteuning van technische en operationele activiteiten. Door de internationale context en verdere groei is er nood aan iemand die overzicht kan creëren, processen kan optimaliseren en kostenbesparingen kan realiseren.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als Purchase Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen, structureren en optimaliseren van de aankoopwerking. Je brengt het volledige aankoopoverzicht verder in kaart en analyseert waar onderdelen of materialen efficiënter, goedkoper of via betere alternatieven kunnen worden aangekocht.
  • Je onderhandelt met leveranciers, sluit contracten af en volgt commerciële afspraken nauwgezet op. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar prijs, maar ook naar kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en lange termijn samenwerking.
  • Daarnaast werk je mee aan het verbeteren van aankoopprocedures, processen en rapporteringen. Je volgt aankoop- en investeringsbudgetten op, voert marktonderzoek uit en bekijkt commerciële opportuniteiten. Ook administratie, factuurcontrole, KPI-opvolging en rapportering behoren tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met directie en management en geeft strategisch advies over aankoopoptimalisaties, kostenbesparingen en leverancierskeuzes. Op termijn kan er ook een internationale dimensie aan de rol gekoppeld worden, waarbij je aankoopprocessen en leveranciersrelaties over verschillende landen heen mee structureert.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma en hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, supply chain of procurement. Affiniteit met automotive, vrachtwagenonderdelen, garages, fleet, transport of een technische onderdelenomgeving is een belangrijke must, aangezien je aankoopprocessen zal optimaliseren binnen een sterk operationele en onderdelen-gerelateerde context.
  • Je bent analytisch en commercieel ingesteld en weet hoe je leveranciers kritisch evalueert, alternatieven onderzoekt en onderhandelingen professioneel aanpakt. Je hebt ervaring met het verbeteren van processen en kan structuur brengen in een omgeving waar nog verdere optimalisatie mogelijk is.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht. Je bent proactief, assertief en durft verandering mee in gang zetten. Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk en kan je vlot schakelen met leveranciers, interne stakeholders en management.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits, Italiaans of andere talen is een pluspunt. Je werkt vlot met MS Office en ervaring met ERP-systemen, zoals Dynamics 365 Business Central, is mooi meegenomen.
