Als administratief aankoopmedewerker ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van de aankoopafdeling. Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van bestellingen, houdt contact met leveranciers en draagt bij aan een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende interne afdelingen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring binnen administratie, aankoop of logistiek
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerde werk ethiek
  • Communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (Excel in het bijzonder)
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen is een plus
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands en goede kennis Engels (kennis Frans is een extra troef)

Functieomschrijving

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van aankooporders van A tot Z.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met leveranciers.
  • Opvolgen van offertes, levertermijnen en bestellingen.
  • Controleren van orderbevestigingen en aankoopfacturen.
  • Beheren van artikel- en leveranciersdata in Business Central.
  • Ondersteunen van het aankoopproces door prijsaanvragen voor te bereiden en te vergelijken.
  • Proactief inspelen op leveringsproblemen en meedenken over passende oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om processen optimaal te laten verlopen.
