Durch unsere neue Primärversorgungseinheit (PVE) wird es uns möglich ein wohnortnahes, multiprofessionelles Gesundheitszentrum mit... 1 PVE Manager:in für die neue Primärversorgungseinheit Spittal/Drau Für unsere PVE Spittal an der Drau suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) PVE Manager:in, welche(r) mit Herz und Fachwissen zur hohen Qualität der medizinischen Versorgung beiträgt.

Ab Frühjahr 2027 20 Wochenstunden Arbeitsort: Spittal an der Drau

Ihre Aufgaben: * Operative Standortleitung in enger Abstimmung mit der ärztlichen Leitung * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen, effizienten und Patient:innen-orientierten Praxisbetriebes * Koordination aller administrativen und organisatorischen Abläufe * Laufendes Qualitätsmanagement und Optimierung von Prozessen und Strukturen * Dienst-, Abwesenheits- und Urlaubsplanung * Förderung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit im Team * Unterstützung bei Personal- und Recruitingthemen * Finanz- und Controllingaufgaben * Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, Organisation/Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Supervisionen * Kommunikationsmanagement mit dem Team, Zentralbereichen der Diakonie de La Tour und Stakeholdern * Vernetzung und Nutzung von Synergien der Diakonie de La Tour * Einkauf & Beschaffung * Bei Bedarf Unterstützung in Front- und Back Office

Unsere Anforderungen: * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft bzw. vergleichbare administrative Qualifikation * Studium im Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement und/oder DGKP-Ausbildung von Vorteil * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Praxis- bzw. Ordinationssoftware * Idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung im operativen Betrieb von PVE, Krankenhaus, Ordination oder Ambulanz * Führungserfahrung von Vorteil * Kenntnisse in Kostenmanagement, Controlling und Dienstplangestaltung von Vorteil * Professionelles freundliches Auftreten und absolute Diskretion * Soziale Kompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit erkrankten Menschen * Sorgfältige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise * Verlässlichkeit, Stressresistenz und lösungsorientiertes Handeln im Tagesgeschäft * Wertschätzende, klare und serviceorientierte Kommunikation im Umgang mit Patient:innen, Team und externen Partnern * Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung * Sehr gute EDV-, MS-Office und Deutschkenntnisse * Slowenischkenntnisse von Vorteil

KV der geistlichen Krankenanstalten Kärntens ab 4.027,23 € auf Basis Vollzeit (Brutto, 40 Std./Woche, * vollumfängliche Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten laut KV). * verlängertem Durchrechnungszeitraum: 6 Monate * einem jährlichen Bildungsprogramm, mit dem Ihr fachliches Wissen up to date bleibt.
