QA adviseur Locatie: Voor onze eindklant DJI is Harvey Nash op zoek naar een QA adviseur OMS Start: 1 november 2026 Eind: 31 oktober 2027 Optie op verlenging: ja Aantal uur per week: 16 uur Standplaats: Den Haag Reageren voor: 12 oktober voor 12:00 uur Functie De QA Manager verricht werkzaamheden op het gebied van Quality Assurance. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats bij de Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen (DJI) binnen de afdeling PMI van de Directie Informatievoorziening (DI). De functionaris wordt specifiek ingezet op het project Offender Management System (OMS). Taken QA advies binnen project OMS: * Kwaliteitsborging: borgen dat het project doet wat het belooft, met als vertrekpunt de zes hoofdaanbevelingen uit het CIO-oordeel (KPMG, december 2025) * Risicobeheer: risico's beheersen, niet alleen vastleggen * Afhankelijkheden: bewaken wat buiten de eigen projectgrens ligt, bijvoorbeeld met programma's EPD en 'Gegegevens op Orde' * Monitoren afspraken volgend uit beheersmaatregelen * Bijdragen aan visie en strategie op het gebied van compliance en risicomanagen * Geven van gevraagd en ongevraagd advies aan de organisatie over de te behalen kwaliteitsverbeteringen. DJI is bezig met de vernieuwing van haar Offender Management System. Dit is een verandering in de kern van de administratie van het gevangeniswezen. Een eerste stap is het contracteren van leveranciers die software kunnen leveren en implementeren voor een (beperkt) deel van de scope. DJI is op zoek naar een functionaris die samen met een team van DJI collega's en onder aansturing van de DJI projectmanager een Europese aanbesteding voor een Offender Management System gaat voorbereiden, uitvoeren, leidend tot een geselecteerde leverancier en implementatiepartner. De voorbereiding van het OMS project is afgerond en de initiatiefase is gestart. Als onderdeel van de initiatiefase is de voorbereiding van de Europese aanbesteding gestart.
