Daar kan je als QA-coördinator een geweldige bijdrage aan leveren! - Sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling van kwaliteit en certificering - Brede functie waarin techniek, kwaliteit, audits en samenwerking samenkomen - Veel zelfstandigheid en directe invloed op processen, verbeteringen en kwaliteitsbeleid Interesse in deze functie? Als QA-coördinator pak je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhouden, verbeteren en uitbreiden van onze kwaliteits- en milieuzorgsystemen (ISO, MVO) richting IATF 16949-certificering. Je ondersteunt projecten die onze processen optimaliseren, coördineert bij audits en klantvragen en je initieert verbeterprojecten die onze organisatie zichtbaar verder brengen. En dat vind je ook écht leuk om te doen! Je werkt intern nauw samen met collega's van de verschillende afdelingen, terwijl je extern schakelt met klanten, leveranciers, andere LOA-vestigingen, auditors en wettelijke instanties. Dat is je op het lijf geschreven. Je hebt namelijk niet alleen een scherp oog voor kwaliteit maar ook de communicatieve kracht en de verbindende houding die nodig zijn om samen resultaten te behalen.
