Binnen ROCO bundelen verschillende sterke Belgische bouwpartners hun expertise voor één van de grootste infrastructuurprojecten van ons land: de Oosterweelverbinding.

Als QA-Coördinator zorg jij ervoor dat kwaliteit niet alleen op papier staat, maar elke dag zichtbaar is op het project.

Je bent de kwaliteitspartner van het projectmanagement en de uitvoering. Je houdt processen scherp, signaleert risico’s en kansen en helpt teams om aantoonbaar beheerst én steeds beter te werken.

Wat ga je doen?

Je staat midden in het project en vormt de schakel tussen de kwaliteitsorganisatie, het projectmanagement en de uitvoering.

Je:

  • adviseert projectmanagement en teams binnen het hele project over kwaliteit, processen en risico’s;
  • bewaakt de toepassing van het Projectbeheersysteem en contractuele eisen;
  • voert audits, procestoetsen en kwaliteitsreviews uit en volgt verbeteracties op;
  • analyseert afwijkingen en trends en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen;
  • ondersteunt de teams bij het verbeteren en borgen van processen;
  • rapporteert helder over prestaties, risico’s en verbeterkansen;
  • stimuleert eigenaarschap en kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen het project.

Je durft kritisch te zijn, maar altijd met één doel: samen het project beter maken.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een ervaren kwaliteitsprofessional die complexe projecten begrijpt én mensen weet mee te krijgen. Analytisch wanneer het moet, pragmatisch waar het kan.

Je brengt mee:

  • een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur Bouwkunde of Civiele Techniek;
  • minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen bouw, civiele techniek of infrastructuur;
  • minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met grote geïntegreerde projecten (> € 50 miljoen);
  • ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagement, procesbeheersing, audits en verbetertrajecten;
  • affiniteit met projectmanagement en geïntegreerde projectbeheersing;
  • een VCA-VOL-certificaat;
  • uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands.

  • Je bent analytisch, verbindend en resultaatgericht en communiceert gemakkelijk met iedereen: van uitvoering en projectmanagement tot opdrachtgever.
  • Je houdt overzicht, neemt eigenaarschap en weet kwaliteit praktisch en werkbaar te maken.
