The posting

Als QA Engineer ben je een technische anker binnen het QA-team. Je werkt nauw samen met de QA Lead en het development team om kwaliteit te verankeren in elk onderdeel van het productproces — van analyse tot productie.

Automatisering & framework

  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt geautomatiseerde tests voor nieuwe features en zet bestaande manuele tests systematisch over naar het testframework
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere uitbouw en het onderhoud van het testframework en bewaakt de technische kwaliteit via code reviews
  • Je integreert tests in onze CI/CD-pipeline via Azure DevOps en bewaakt de gezondheid van de testsuite
  • Je zet AI tools (GitHub Copilot, SQAI suite) actief in als accelerator bij het schrijven en optimaliseren van automatische tests

Manueel testen

  • Je voert manuele feature tests uit voor nieuwe functionaliteit
  • Je voert regressietests uit waar automatisering nog niet beschikbaar is, en bewaakt zo de stabiliteit van het platform
  • Je rapporteert bugs volledig en reproduceerbaar — met reproductiestappen, ernst, verwacht vs. werkelijk gedrag en screenshot of video

Teststrategie & kwaliteitsbewaking

  • Je draagt bij aan de risico-gebaseerde teststrategie per feature en release en rapporteert testresultaten als input voor go/no-go beslissingen
  • Je signaleert kwaliteitsrisico’s en edge cases vroeg in de cyclus — bij voorkeur al tijdens de analysefase, niet pas bij de testfase
  • Je evalueert testresultaten en faalpatronen en vertaalt die naar structurele verbeteringen in code of proces
  • Je beheert testdocumentatie en testsuites in Qase en bewaakt de kwaliteit en volledigheid ervan

Samenwerking & begeleiding

  • Je werkt actief samen met de QA Lead en de andere QA Engineers.
  • Je werkt actief samen met developers en de Product Owner om testbaarheid in te bouwen vóór development start
  • Je neemt deel aan coachingsessies met externe QA-partners en deelt opgedane kennis met het team
  • Je onderzoekt support-meldingen en koppelt relevante bevindingen structureel terug naar development en product
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in QA, met aantoonbare kennis van zowel manueel als geautomatiseerd testen
  • Hands-on ervaring met testautomatisering
  • Sterke kennis van het Shift-Left principe en ervaring met kwaliteitsbewaking in een Agile / Scrum omgeving
  • Ervaring met testautomatiseringstools zoals Playwright of vergelijkbaar
  • Vertrouwdheid met CI/CD-pipelines (Azure DevOps of vergelijkbaar) en versiebeheer via Git
  • Affiniteit met of ervaring in het gebruik van AI-tools als werkinstrument bij testautomatisering
  • Een analytische blik: je ziet niet alleen de bug, maar ook waarom die er is en hoe we hem structureel voorkomen
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden — je brengt kwaliteitsrisico’s helder over naar developers, product en management
  • Ervaring met testbeheertools zoals Qase is een pluspunt
