Voor een internationale producent in de regio Tielt ben ik op zoek naar een QA Engineer die een actieve bijdrage wil leveren aan het verder versterken van het kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid. Je komt terecht in een toekomstgerichte organisatie waar innovatie, duurzaamheid en samenwerking de basis vormen van het dagelijkse werk. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en krijg je de kans om kwaliteitsprocessen verder te optimaliseren en een directe impact te hebben op de organisatie.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem in lijn met normen zoals IFS, BRC en HACCP.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits voor, begeleidt deze en ondersteunt bij certificeringstrajecten.
  • Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsafwijkingen en klachten, voert oorzaakanalyses uit en zet gerichte verbeteracties op.
  • Je werkt samen met de productie-, R&D- en logistieke afdelingen om processen efficiënter te maken en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Je volgt verbeterprojecten op en draagt actief bij aan een cultuur van continue verbetering.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een voedingskundige, wetenschappelijke of gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring binnen een QA- of kwaliteitsfunctie in de voedingssector.
  • Je bent goed vertrouwd met kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen en weet deze correct toe te passen.
