Unidex B.V. is op zoek naar een ervaren en daadkrachtige QA Manager die verantwoordelijk wordt voor het verder ontwikkelen, implementeren en borgen van ons kwaliteitsbeleid. In deze sleutelrol zorg je ervoor dat onze producten, processen en systemen voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen en relevante wet- en regelgeving. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor management, collega's en externe partijen en weet kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de hele organisatie te stimuleren. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid binnen de organisatie, de naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving, het behalen en behouden van de kwaliteitscertificeringen en de verdere ontwikkeling van het QA-team. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van het kwaliteitsbeleid en kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem; - Bewaken van compliance met relevante wet- en regelgeving, normen en certificeringen, waaronder ISO 22000, IFS Broker, SKAL en Fairtrade; - Voorbereiden, coördineren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits; - Analyseren van kwaliteitsgegevens, afwijkingen en klachten en het initiëren van verbeteracties; - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het QA-team (4 medewerkers); - Verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van productinformatie, specificaties, etikettering en leveranciersdocumentatie; - Onderhouden van klant- en leveranciersrelaties op het gebied van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid; - Bevorderen van een cultuur van continue verbeteren en kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie.
