Van den Burg Eiproducten in Waalwijk maakt onderdeel uit van deze internationale familiegroep en produceert hoogwaardige vloeibare en poedervormige eiproducten voor toonaangevende foodmultinationals en industriële klanten wereldwijd. De moderne productielocatie in Waalwijk telt circa 80 medewerkers en combineert hoogwaardige technologie met de cultuur van een ondernemend familiebedrijf: korte lijnen, veel vrijheid en ruimte voor eigenaarschap. Kwaliteit is hier geen verantwoordelijkheid van één afdeling, maar een vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Ter versterking van het lokale Management Team zoeken wij een QA Manager. In deze brede functie combineer je kwaliteitsmanagement met zichtbaar leiderschap op de werkvloer. Je krijgt de ruimte om de kwaliteitsorganisatie verder te ontwikkelen, collega's mee te nemen in verbeteringen en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de locatie. Een ondernemende people manager die kwaliteit en mensen verder brengt Functie - Verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen, implementeren en borgen van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, met zorg voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving, certificeringsnormen en klanteisen - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het QC-laboratorium (5 FTE) en de QA Specialist - Eerste aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsvraagstukken, zowel intern als richting klanten, auditors en toezichtho...
