FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een hands-on mentaliteit en voel je je thuis in een productieomgeving? Werk je graag nauwkeurig, neem je verantwoordelijkheid en wil je mee groeien binnen een sterk en stabiel productiebedrijf? Dan is deze functie écht iets voor jou!

Jouw takenpakket:

Als QA Manager werk je nauw samen met een collega om het ERP-systeem up-to-date te houden en ondersteun je bij QA-gerelateerde taken. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Plant Manager en combineert administratief werk met een beperkte fysieke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en verantwoordelijk, o.a.:

  • Dagelijks verzamelen en registreren van retentiestalen
  • Opvolging van temperatuurregistraties op verschillende afdelingen
  • Controle van vocht en Aw
  • Interne kalibratie van weegschalen
  • Ondersteuning bij interne en externe audits (o.a. tracering)
  • Registratie van inkomende goederen en analyses op eindproducten
  • Bestellen en opvolgen van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen via ERP (samen met collega)
  • Verwerken van productiecijfers in SAP
  • Ontvangen en uitleveren van goederen in SAP
  • Allround administratieve ondersteuning + 2x per dag 1 uur fysiek op de werkvloer
  • Opmaken en aanpassen van werkvoorschriften
  • Uitwerken van ad-hoc projecten

  • Je hebt een sterke hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je werkt graag in een productieomgeving
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en helpt collega’s graag vooruit
  • Eerste ervaring binnen QA (via werk of opleiding) is een plus
  • Je zoekt een voltijdse job ?? Ma–do: 9.00 – 17.30 ?? Vrijdag: 9.00 – 17.00

Jouw vaardigheden

  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands, vlot in Engels
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, SAP is een grote meerwaarde
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met QA is een plus
  • Affiniteit met de voedingssector is een duidelijke troef
