In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen en verder optimaliseren van de kwaliteitssystemen binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. De focus ligt de komende maanden voornamelijk op de voorbereiding van de BRC-audit , het borgen van HACCP-processen en het aansturen van het kwaliteitsteam. Wat ga je doen? - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van de organisatie richting de BRC-audit. - Beheren, onderhouden en optimaliseren van het HACCP-systeem. - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en de bijbehorende processen. - Coördineren van inspecties en opvolgen van verbetermaatregelen. - Zorgdragen voor correcte kwaliteitsdocumentatie, procedures en specificatiebeheer. - Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van een team van drie medewerkers. - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en waarborgen van de naleving van kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen. Wat breng je mee? - Ruime ervaring binnen Quality Assurance in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. - Aantoonbare kennis van BRC en HACCP. - Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen, audits en documentbeheer. - Ervaring met het aansturen van een klein kwaliteitsteam. - Een pragmatische, hands-on instelling en het vermogen om snel zelfstandig te opereren. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze.
