Interim QA Manager Noord-Holland Food & Beverage People Manager, IFS Hands-on, Gedreven Wij vragen - QA Manager - HBO Waarom ons? - Transparante samenwerking - Persoonlijke aandacht - Professionele begeleiding Interim Quality Manager Food Voor een organisatie binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie zoeken wij een ervaren Interim Quality Manager. Door tijdelijke uitval van de huidige Quality Manager is er behoefte aan iemand die snel kan instappen en de continuïteit binnen de Quality-afdeling kan waarborgen. Je geeft leiding aan een team van circa 7 Quality-specialisten en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en begeleiding van het team. Daarbij ligt de nadruk niet alleen op people management. Er ligt ook een belangrijke opdracht rondom de voorbereiding op IFS-certificering en er wordt verwacht dat je waar nodig zelf operationeel meewerkt. De verdeling binnen de opdracht is ongeveer 50% people management, 30% IFS en 20% hands-on Quality. Wat ga je doen? Je brengt in eerste instantie overzicht en structuur aan binnen de afdeling en bepaalt samen met het team waar de belangrijkste prioriteiten liggen. Er zijn een aantal operationele achterstanden die moeten worden weggewerkt en daarnaast zijn er procedures, werkinstructies en risicoanalyses die verder verbeterd kunnen worden. Ook pak je complexere kwaliteitsklachten op, begeleid je root-cause analyses en zorg je ervoor dat verbeteracties daadwerkelijk worden doorgevoerd. Een ander belangrijk onderdeel van de opdracht is IFS. Je brengt in kaart waar de organisatie op dit moment staat ten opzichte van de IFS-eisen, identificeert eventuele gaps en helpt bij het zetten van de volgende stappen richting certificering. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het QMS, documentbeheer, audits en vraagstukken op het gebied van Food & Feed Safety en compliance. Wie zoeken wij?
