En zoek je een positie waarin jij rechtstreeks invloed hebt op beleid, mensen en besluitvorming? Als QA Manager divisie Borrelgemak ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitsborging op vier productielocaties. Met circa 15 QA-collega's bouw jij verder aan een sterke kwaliteitscultuur. Wat ga je doen? Jij rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de Managing Director, functioneel aan de QA-SHE Director A-ware en bent lid van het MT. Vier collega's rapporteren rechtstreeks aan jou en elf indirect. Vanuit die positie vertaal je bedrijfsstrategie naar een toekomstbestendig QA-beleid. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit: • Bepalen van QA-visie, strategie en KPI's; • Signaleren en beheersen van QA-risico's; • Verbeteren van kwaliteitssystemen en auditprogramma's; • Doorontwikkelen van Supplier Quality Assurance; • Leiden bij recalls en kwaliteitsincidenten; • Coachen en ontwikkelen van het QA-team. Daarnaast werk je intensief samen met strategische partners en toezichthouders. Je creëert draagvlak voor kwaliteitskeuzes en onderzoekt hoe nieuwe systemen en AI processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen maken. Wat bieden wij?
