NL EN FR Recepten We zijn opzoek naar een QA Medewerker (Fulltime 37.5 uur) Bij Verstegen maak je kwaliteit zichtbaar op de vloer. Als QA Medewerker zorg je dat onze kwaliteitssystemen niet alleen op papier kloppen, maar ook werken in de praktijk. Je vertaalt HACCP, BRC en IFS naar praktische afspraken, begeleidt audits en helpt productie om processen beter te borgen. Je bent een actieve medewerker die de fabriek in gaat, vragen stelt en verbeteringen in gang zet. Past die combinatie van inhoud en praktijk bij jou? Dan praten we graag verder. Over het team: Je sluit aan bij het FSQ-team. Binnen dit team werk je samen met collega's uit verschillende subteams: PQA, Specificatie, Riskassement, VA en QC. Je komt terecht in een team dat zich richt op proceskwaliteit (PQA): hoe lopen processen écht op de vloer en hoe sluiten die aan op onze normen, procedures en handboeken? Je werkt dicht op de operatie. De ene dag begeleid je een audit of validatie, de andere dag sta je naast een machine om te begrijpen wat er gebeurt. Juist die vertaalslag tussen systeem en praktijk maakt jouw rol belangrijk. Jouw uitdagingen Je maakt van kwaliteit dagelijksepraktijk. Met HACCP, basisvoorwaardenprogramma, BRC en IFS als basis borg jeprocessen, volg je afwijkingen op en zorg je dat verbeteringen niet alleenbedacht, maar ook uitgevoerd worden. Kwaliteitssystemen zoals HACCP, BRC en IFS vertalen naar werkbare afspraken en trainingen op de vloer. Audits voorbereiden, begeleiden en opvolgen. Validaties uitvoeren of begeleiden binnen productieprocessen. Afwijkingen en klachten analyseren en verbeteracties uitzetten samen met productie. Controleren of procedures en werkinstructies aansluiten op de praktijk en zonodig onderhoud van het kwaliteitshandboek faciliteren bij proceseigenaren. Actief de fabriek in om processen te begrijpen, collega's te spreken en verbeterpunten op te halen. Samenwerken met productie, logistiek, QC en andere afdel...
