Bij Cordeel bouwen we aan uitdagende projecten die technisch sterk, duurzaam en toekomstgericht zijn. Kwaliteit is daarbij geen eindcontrole, maar iets wat we doorheen het volledige bouwproces bewaken.

Binnen ROCO bundelen verschillende sterke Belgische bouwpartners hun expertise voor één van de grootste infrastructuurprojecten van ons land: de Oosterweelverbinding.

Als QA medewerker speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol. Je kijkt met een kritisch en onafhankelijk oog naar de uitvoering, voert steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken, plannen en procedures ook daadwerkelijk op de werf worden nageleefd.

Je bent daarbij niet alleen degene die controleert. Je denkt mee, signaleert verbeterpunten en gaat in gesprek met de uitvoering om samen tot het best mogelijke resultaat te komen.

Wat ga je doen?

Op basis van de planning en het keuringsnormen, voer je als QA inspecteur keuringen uit op onze civiele projecten. Je controleert zowel het uitgevoerde werk als de bijbehorende registraties en documentatie.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • steekproefsgewijs keuringen uitvoert op basis van de 6-wekenplanning en het geldende keuringsplan;
  • controleert of de verplichte keuringen en controles die reeds uitgevoerd zijn, correct en aantoonbaar zijn uitgevoerd;
  • nagaat of op de werf met de juiste tekeningen, werkplannen en documenten wordt gewerkt;
  • onderaannemers en leveranciers steekproefsgewijs controleert, zowel op de werf als – wanneer nodig – in de fabriek;
  • materiaaltesten uitvoert of ervoor zorgt dat deze worden uitgevoerd;
  • afwijkingen en kwaliteitsbevindingen tijdig signaleert en registreert;
  • jouw bevindingen bespreekt met de (hoofd)uitvoerder en rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke voor kwaliteitsborging;
  • gevraagd én ongevraagd advies geeft over de kwaliteit van uitgevoerd of lopend werk.

Wat breng je mee?

Je bent iemand die nauwkeurig werkt en kwaliteit vanzelfsprekend belangrijk vindt. Je durft kritisch te kijken, maar begrijpt tegelijkertijd dat goede kwaliteitsborging draait om samenwerking. Je communiceert helder met collega's op de werf en weet bevindingen om te zetten in concrete acties en verbeteringen.

Daarnaast:

  • beschik je over een bacheloropleiding in de bouw of een vergelijkbare technische richting;
  • heb je bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de uitvoering van civiele projecten;
  • kun je technische tekeningen, werkplannen en kwaliteitsdocumentatie vlot interpreteren;
  • werk je gestructureerd en heb je oog voor detail;
  • durf je verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en collega's op een constructieve manier aan te spreken.
  • spreek je zeer goed Nederlands.
