De nadruk ligt op het opstarten, uitvoeren, begeleiden, implementeren en evalueren van diverse verbetertrajecten. Jij bent degene die voortgang in de projecten bewaakt en op je vakgebied aansluit bij projecten. Ondanks dat we goed zijn, willen we graag beter worden. Vanuit diverse disciplines van onze organisatie krijgen we vragen en verzoeken om als afdeling QA te helpen met het implementeren van diverse verbeterslagen. Het wordt jouw taak om de behoeften te inventariseren en prioriteiten te stellen, projecten op te starten en te begeleiden. Door jouw doortastende en sociale aanpak, weet jij resultaten te behalen. Het QA team heeft als doel om de kwaliteit van onze producten en processen te waarborgen en te optimaliseren. Dit doen we door het implementeren, beheren en optimaliseren van kwaliteitssystemen zodat aan de wettelijke voorschriften en interne en externe specificaties (m.b.t. product- en proceskwaliteit en voedselveiligheid) en certificering wordt voldaan. Je voornaamste taken zijn: - Het ondersteunen van de kwaliteitssystemen en je geeft input over o.a. wijzigingen, afwijkingen, CAPA's, HACCP en specificaties. Je evalueert acties, plannen en resultaten. Je zoekt proactief contact met actie-eigenaren, belanghebbenden om bewustzijn over risico's te vergroten en bespreekt mitigerende acties. - Implementeren en evalueren van verbetertrajecten; - Inventariseren van behoeften vanuit verschillende disciplines van onze organisatie; - Stellen van prioriteiten, het opstarten, begeleiden en bewaken van de voortgang van projecten.
