Greenyard Prepared maakt deel uit van de Greenyard Group en is een Europese marktleider die vers geoogste groenten & fruit bewerkt tot voedingsproducten die gemakkelijk bewaard en geconsumeerd kunnen worden. We bieden onze klanten – zowel retailers, foodservicebedrijven als de voedingsindustrie – een uitgebreid gamma aan langer houdbare groenten en kant-en-klare soepen en sauzen en dit in verschillende verpakkingsvormen.

Om ons team verder te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een administratief sterke:

QA OFFICER

Je functie

Als QA Officer maak je deel uit van het QA- team binnen Greenyard Prepared en werk je nauw samen met je collega’s om de kwaliteitssystemen optimaal te ondersteunen. Je takenpakket bestaat voornamelijk uit:

  • Ondersteuning bieden bij de opvolging van handels- en tradingsgoederen m.b.t. regelgeving, pesticiden, productspecificaties, etiketcontrole etc.
  • Het correct en tijdig invullen en beheren van klantenspecificaties.
  • Het behandelen van technische klantenvragen over verpakkingsmaterialen, ingrediënten, samenstellingen en bijhorende documentatie.
  • Het up-to-date houden van interne specificaties van grondstoffen en primaire verpakkingen.
  • Het bieden van administratieve ondersteuning aan het QA team.

Afhankelijk van je kennis, ervaring en groei binnen de functie, kan het takenpakket verder worden uitgebreid.

Je profiel

  • Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een bachelor diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Je kan zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeuring werken met oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan vlot werken met de gangbare MS office toepassingen.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet interne en externe contacten overtuigend te benaderen.
  • Je hebt interesse om occasioneel potentiële leveranciers in het buitenland te bezoeken.
  • Een eerste werkervaring en affiniteit met de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt.
