- QA Officer Vanwege het vertrek van een collega zijn we op de afdeling QA op zoek naar een QA Officer in Zwolle. Als QA Officer zorg jij ervoor dat kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen Euroma goed geborgd zijn én continu verbeteren. Je signaleert risico's, pakt kwaliteitsvraagstukken op en werkt samen met collega's aan structurele verbeteringen. Zo draag je direct bij aan veilige producten en tevreden klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere Operations, QC, Specificatiebeheer en Vendormanagement en rapporteert aan de QA Manager. Wat ga je doen? - Je coördineert en ondersteunt werkzaamheden rondom kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid en zorgt dat we voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving, klantwensen en onze eigen kwaliteitsstandaarden. - Je analyseert klachten, blokkades en FTR-resultaten, signaleert trends en zorgt voor rapportages en structurele verbetermaatregelen. - Je behandelt klachten van afnemers, stemt af met interne en externe stakeholders en escaleert wanneer dat nodig is. - Je voert periodieke risico-inventarisaties uit, stelt plannen van aanpak op en bewaakt de opvolging. - Je voert interne audits en controlerondes uit en volgt verbeteracties op. - Je ondersteunt bij het initiëren en implementeren van verbeterprocessen op het gebied van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid. - Je ondersteunt bij validatie- en verificatieplannen voor nieuwe installaties of andere wijzigingen in het productieproces. - Je bent intern en extern aanspreekpunt voor ongediertebestrijding en bewaakt de opvolging van acties. - Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en actueel houden van het kwaliteitshandboek.
