Ben jij kwaliteitsbewust, analytisch sterk en heb je affiniteit met de farmaceutische sector? Voor een internationale en toonaangevende speler binnen de farmaceutische industrie zijn wij op zoek naar een QA Officer. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de productkwaliteit gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van een product, van ontwikkeling tot commerciële productie.

Jouw functie

Als QA Officer zorg je ervoor dat producten en productieprocessen voldoen aan alle geldende wet- en regelgeving, klantvereisten en GMP-richtlijnen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe stakeholders om de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden te garanderen.

Je fungeert als een belangrijke schakel tussen R&D, Productie, Quality Control en klanten, en neemt een actieve rol op in kwaliteitsonderzoeken, validaties en audits.

Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenBeheer van product- en projectdossiers

  • Begeleiden van nieuwe en bestaande producten vanaf de ontwikkelingsfase tot en met commerciële productie.
  • Bewaken van de naleving van wettelijke vereisten, klantverwachtingen en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Ondersteunen van productintroducties en wijzigingen binnen bestaande productieprocessen.

Procesvalidatie en kwaliteitsborging

  • Opstellen van validatieplannen en beoordelen van validatierapporten.
  • Toekennen en onderhouden van de gevalideerde status van productieprocessen.
  • Herbeoordelen van processen bij belangrijke wijzigingen of optimalisaties.
  • Zorgen dat productieprocessen overeenstemmen met geregistreerde en klantspecifieke vereisten.

Onderzoeken en kwaliteitsanalyses

  • Samenwerken met R&D, Productie, QC, IPC en andere afdelingen bij afwijkingen en proceswijzigingen.
  • Uitvoeren van diepgaande onderzoeken naar kwaliteitsafwijkingen en het identificeren van grondoorzaken.
  • Analyseren, beoordelen en interpreteren van kritische kwaliteitsdata.
  • Zelfstandig beslissen over de vrijgave van API’s, tussenproducten en eindproducten voor verdere verwerking of levering aan klanten.

Stakeholdermanagement en audits

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en externe instanties op het vlak van kwaliteit.
  • Leiden en begeleiden van klantenaudits en inspecties door overheidsinstanties.
  • Presenteren en toelichten van kwaliteitsdocumentatie aan externe partijen.

Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke richting of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.

Je hebt een goede kennis van organische en analytische chemie en van farmaceutische regelgeving.

Een eerste ervaring binnen een kwaliteits- of productieomgeving is een pluspunt.

Kennis van GMP-richtlijnen vormt een sterke troef.

Je bent analytisch ingesteld en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht over complexe processen.

Je werkt kritisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.

Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet mensen te overtuigen op basis van inhoudelijke argumenten.

Je bouwt vlot duurzame relaties op, zowel intern als extern.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Je werkt gestructureerd, georganiseerd en zelfstandig, maar functioneert eveneens uitstekend in teamverband.

Je hebt een mindset gericht op Operational Excellence en continue verbetering.

Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en Outlook. Ervaring met SAP en SharePoint is een pluspunt.
