Ben jij de nieuwe QA Officer die wij zoeken? In deze uitdagende en zeer leerrijke functie werk je nauw samen met productie, laboratoria en andere ondersteunende afdelingen en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Quality Assurance Supervisor. De Quality Assurance afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het verzekeren en verbeteren van de kwaliteit binnen KELA door het implementeren, toezicht op de naleving en continue verbetering van het KELA kwaliteitssysteem. Een greep uit je verantwoordelijkheden als QA Officer – Operations:

  • Fungeren als kwaliteitsaanspreekpunt voor gedefinieerde operationele afdeling(en)
  • Het uitvoeren & rapporteren van interne audits met oog op het continu verbeteren van het kwaliteitssysteem doorheen de ganse productflow voor gedefinieerde afdelingen
  • Vanuit een end-to-end perspectief projectvoorstellen doen om steeds efficiënter en kwaliteitsvoller te werken
  • Medeverantwoordelijk voor de correcte naleving van de structuur en samenhang van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem met de essentiële bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Uitvoeren van troubleshooting en formuleren van hieruit voortvloeiende acties a.d.h.v. root-cause analyse onderzoek
  • Opstellen, reviewen en goedkeuren van afwijkingsrapporten, aansluitend de nodige preventieve acties formuleren en bewaken dat de acties die hieruit voortvloeien worden uitgevoerd en nagestreefd
  • Reviewen en goedkeuren van validatiedossiers voortvloeiende vanuit de operationele afdeling(en) evenals het opmaken van risicoanalyses en bewaken dat de acties die hieruit voortvloeien worden uitgevoerd en nagestreefd
  • Behandelen van kwaliteitsklachten van externe klanten, onderzoek naar root cause en formuleren van acties om herhaling van klacht te voorkomen
  • Opstellen, updaten, reviewen en goedkeuren van procedures, werkinstructies en formulieren m.b.t. de operationele afdeling(en)

Bezit jij deze talenten?

  • Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt in end-to-end processen
  • Je hebt excellente projectmanagement vaardigheden en goede communicatie skills
  • Je zet de juiste prioriteiten en levert taken efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol af
  • Je haalt plezier uit het werken in teamverband en bent in staat anderen te enthousiasmeren

Match jij met de gevraagde opleiding en ervaring?

  • Bachelor of Master in een exacte studierichting (vb biomedische, farmaceutische, industrieel- of bioingenieur of dierengeneeskunde)
  • Minimum één jaar ervaring in een GMP-omgeving zoals in de farmaceutische sector, QA-productieomgeving is een pluspunt
  • Kennis van GMP is een troef
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

NB je bent niet allergisch aan penicillines.
