Je schakelt met diverse klanten en weet hun belangen te vertegenwoordigen binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. Je werkt samen met collega's om het niveau van voedselveiligheid te behouden en te voldoen aan internationale standaarden! Functieomschrijving Als QA Officer Retail & Foodservice ben je dagelijks bezig met het waarborgen van kwaliteit binnen een grote, complexe en internationaal opererende organisatie. Je werkt samen met twee kwaliteitscollega's en de QA Manager. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen Retail & Foodservice iedere dag de aandacht krijgen die ze verdienen. Verantwoordelijkheden - Uitvoeren van interne inspecties, opvolgen van afwijkingen en ondersteunen bij externe audits - Onderzoeken van klachten en afwijkingen, inclusief het uitvoeren van oorzaakanalyses - Uitzetten en beoordelen van microbiologische en chemische onderzoeken - Analyseren van kwaliteitsdata, opstellen van rapportages en uitvoeren van verbeter- en validatieprojecten Profiel - HBO-opleiding in levensmiddelentechnologie of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen de foodsector, ervaring in vlees is een pre - Ervaring met kwaliteitsdocumentatie, werkinstructies, inspecties en audits (BRC, IFS, HACCP) - Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding met oog voor praktische verbeteringen - Sterke beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, Duits is een pre - Beschikbaar 32 tot 40 uur per week Bedrijfsomschrijving Je gaat aan de slag bij een ondernemend familiebedrijf binnen d...
