Vanuit deze strategische locatie bedient het bedrijf nationale en internationale klanten in de (petro)chemie, opslag en energiesector. De organisatie heeft decennialange ervaring in ontwerp, bouw, inspectie en onderhoud van bovengrondse opslagtanks en aanverwante installaties. Ook civiele werkzaamheden, piping, E&I, conservering en turnarounds maken integraal deel uit van het dienstenpakket. Door de combinatie van multidisciplinaire expertise en een efficiënte projectaanpak worden zowel grootschalige terminals als kleinschalige tankparken gerealiseerd en onderhouden. Het bedrijf investeert in innovatie, digitalisering en vakbekwaamheid, met als doel duurzame oplossingen te leveren volgens de hoogste industriële standaarden. Wat ga je doen? Voor deze pipingfunctie zoeken wij een ervaren QA/QC Coördinator die toeziet op de kwaliteit en naleving van technische eisen binnen onze las- en montagetrajecten. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inspectie, vastlegging en optimalisatie van productieprocessen, volledig in lijn met internationale normen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen en beheren van inspectie- en testplannen (ITP's) voor piping projecten (tankbouw een pré.)) - Toezicht houden op lasprocedures, materiaalcertificaten en traceerbaarheid - Coördineren van NDO-activiteiten (VT, RT, UT, PT) - Controleren van WPS, WPQ en PQR-documentatie - Zorgen voor naleving van normen zoals ISO 14015, API 650, ASME B31.3 en PED - Rapporteren van afwijkingen en opvolgen van corrigerende maatregelen - Begeleiden van interne en externe audit.
