All About Work QA/QC Manager Rotterdam Over de functie ipr. SRQ161817 Je gaat aan de slag in een sleutelrol binnen een grootschalig en technisch complex infrastructuurproject rondom CO2-transport en -opslag. Als QA/QC Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor alle quality assurance- en quality control-aspecten binnen het project. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden, documentatie en oplevering voldoen aan projectvereisten, wet- en regelgeving en geldende codes en standaarden. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne teams, contractors, inspecteurs en externe toezichthoudende partijen. Je combineert strategisch kwaliteitsmanagement met stevige aansturing in de praktijk op project- en bouwlocaties. Wat ga je doen - Je zet een integraal Project Quality Management System op en implementeert dit, zodat deliverables van verschillende deelprojecten goed samenkomen. - Je signaleert en verhelpt hiaten of afwijkingen die de projectdoelstellingen kunnen beïnvloeden. - Je stuurt en coördineert alle QA/QC-activiteiten binnen het project aan. - Je coördineert de Keuringsdienst voor Gebruik (KvG) en andere Notified Bodies (NoBo's), inclusief voortgang en formele goedkeuring van vereiste documentatie. - Je stuurt QC-inspecteurs en externe inspecteurs aan op gebieden zoals welding, piping, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical en instrumentation. - Je borgt dat hold points, witness points en surveillance points conform de Inspection & Test Plans (ITP's) worden uitgevoerd. - Je bewaakt de compliance met projectvereisten en relevante codes en standaarden, waaronder ASME, API, ASTM, NACE en nationale en lokale regelgeving. - Je adviseert en ondersteunt EPC-contractors op QA/QC-gebied en beoordeelt belangrijke kwaliteitsdeliverables. - Je managet het afwijkingenproces, inclusief identificatie, root cause analysis, disposition zoals repair, rework of acceptance, en close-out. - Je analyseert trends in afwijkingen om structurele kwaliteitsproblemen bij co...
