Het Havenbedrijf Rotterdam werkt aan het versterken van de concurrentiepositie van de Rotterdamse haven. De haven van vandaag en morgen. Alle (inter)nationale ondernemingen die hier actief zijn, hebben het allergrootste belang bij een bereikbare en duurzame 'Port of Rotterdam', die kan blijven groeien. Het Havenbedrijf biedt klanten daarom alles wat nodig is voor de vlotte en veilige doorvoer en bewerking van grondstoffen en goederen. Ook heeft het oog voor de werk- en leefomgeving in de haven en investeert het doorlopend in bestaand en nieuw havengebied. Beschrijving functie Als QA/QC Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor alle Quality Assurance en Quality Control (QA/QC) aspecten binnen het Porthos-project. Je zorgt voor een integraal kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en borgt dat werkzaamheden, documentatie en oplevering voldoen aan de geldende projectvereisten, wet- en regelgeving, codes en standaarden. Verantwoordelijkheden: • Opzetten en implementeren van een integraal Porthos Project Quality Management System, waarin de deliverables van de verschillende deelprojecten samenkomen. • Signaleren en oplossen van mogelijke hiaten of afwijkingen die de projectdoelstellingen kunnen beinvloeden. • Aansturen en coordineren van alle QA/QC-activiteiten binnen het project. • Coordineren van de Keuringsdienst voor Gebruik (KvG) en andere Notified Bodies (NoBo's), inclusief voortgang en formele goedkeuring van vereiste documentatie. • Aansturen van Porthos -inspecteurs en externe inspecteurs o...
