SpackSpackSpack Spack Vacature: QA/QC medewerker Wie zijn wij? Spack B.V. is al bijna 50 jaar specialist op het gebied van biologische oliën. Spack B.V. produceert en verpakt allerlei soorten olie uit (biologische) zaden en levert zowel koudgeperste plantaardige olie als geraffineerde plantaardige olie in uiteenlopende verpakkingen. Onze producten worden (inter)nationaal geleverd aan de voedselverwerkende industrie, groothandel, horeca en retailmarkt. Ook leveren we bijproducten voor veevoer. Wij zijn op zoek naar een QA/QC medewerker. Wat ga jij doen? Je wordt onderdeel van het kwaliteitsteam, dat bestaat uit zowel QA- als lab medewerkers. Voor jouw functie betekent dit dat er zowel QA/QC- als lab taken van je gevraagd zullen worden. Het is een enorm afwisselende functie waarbij geen dag hetzelfde zal zijn. Onder de QA/QC werkzaamheden vallen: - Up-to-date houden van het lab-/ kwaliteitshandboek - Beheren van productspecificaties en het invullen van klantvragenlijsten - Beantwoorden van klantvragen - Ondersteuning bieden bij audits voor certificeringen zoals IFS, Skal, NOP, RSPO, GMP+ en Krav - Uitvoeren van interne audits - Registreren en opvolgen van klachten met leveranciers en/of klanten - Trainingen en uitleg geven aan nieuwe medewerkers - Vrijgave van grondstoffen en eindproducten - Uitvoeren van hygiënerondes in de fabriek - Bijdragen aan een sterke voedselveiligheidscultuur binnen alle lagen van het bedrijf Onder de labwerkzaamheden vallen: - Monsters nemen en registreren hiervan - Voorbewerken van monsters voor analyse. - Uitvoeren van diverse analyses, zoals vetzuursamenstelling, FFA en POV - Uitvoeren van kalibraties - Verzenden van monsters naar externe laboratoria - Opstellen van Certificates of Analysis (COA) We zoeken voor deze functie een gemotiveerd persoon met een HBO-opleiding in voedingsmiddelentechnologie en aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidssystemen zoals BRC en IFS....
