In de rol van Quality Assurance Specialist krijg je veel vrijheid om het kwaliteitsbeleid verder vorm te geven en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het continu verbeteren van processen, systemen en de kwaliteitscultuur. Functieomschrijving Als QA Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen de organisatie en weet verbeteringen structureel door te voeren. Daarnaast begeleid je audits, adviseer je verschillende afdelingen over kwaliteitsvraagstukken en speel je een belangrijke rol in het vergroten van het kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie. Verantwoordelijkheden • Beheren, onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitssysteem, waaronder IFS • Initiëren en implementeren van verbeterprojecten op het gebied van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid • Voorbereiden, begeleiden en opvolgen van interne, klant- en certificeringsaudits • Creëren van draagvlak voor kwaliteitsbeleid en voedselveiligheid binnen de organisatie • Adviseren van verschillende afdelingen over kwaliteits- en productvraagstukken • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en vertalen naar concrete acties • Bewaken van naleving van wet- en regelgeving en certificeringseisen • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de kwaliteitsafdeling Profiel • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van levensmiddelent...
