The posting

  • Je beheert een competentiematrix, die systematisch wordt aangevuld. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers over de nodige competenties beschikken om hun functie en verantwoordelijkheden goed uit te voeren.
  • Je ontwikkelt hiervoor trainingsprogramma’s voor alle personeelsleden binnen Conforma en rolt deze uit waardoor je systematisch personeelsleden zal opleiden
  • Je maakt trainingen aan, via PowerPoint of andere methodieken en geeft deze in real-life of virtueel aan verschillende personeelsleden. De trainingen zijn gebaseerd op de standaard werkwijzen die beschreven staan in SOP’s en instructies binnen het kwaliteitssysteem
  • Je volgt nieuwe personeelsleden op van bij de start (onboarding) tot ze volledig gekwalificeerd zijn voor het uitvoeren van hun functie
  • Je zorgt voor documentatie van de uitvoering van de trainingen, dit zowel paper based als in het eKMS systeem
  • Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met jouw collega’s van kwaliteit en andere afdelingen
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of evenaart dit met ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen van opleidingsprogramma’s of het geven van opleidingen en trainingen aan een divers publiek
  • Je kan vlot werken met MS Office: Excel, Word en PowerPoint zijn essentiële tools
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en Engelse taal zeer goed, opleidingen worden in beide talen gegeven
  • Je hebt een passie voor overdracht van informatie en beschikt over sterke interpersoonlijke skills zodat interactie met personen van een diverse achtergrond vlot verlopen
  • Je bent nauwkeuring, correct en houdt van ordelijke documentatie
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische skills om de effectiviteit van je trainingsprogramma’s te evalueren
  • Ervaring met digitale kwaliteitsmanagement systemen en trainingsprogramma’s is een pluspunt
