Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig, omdat iedere processtap aan strenge kwaliteitseisen moet voldoen. Je werkt fulltime in een 2 ploegendienst met afwisselend dag en avonddiensten. Dit ga je doen Je controleert afzonderlijke, hoogwaardige onderdelen tijdens verschillende stappen in het productieproces. - Uitvoeren van visuele en technische kwaliteitsinspecties - Controleren van onderdelen volgens tekeningen en specificaties - Uitvoeren van NDT inspecties zoals FPI, Eddy Current, X ray of Ultrasoon - Beoordelen en vastleggen van meet en inspectieresultaten - Signaleren van afwijkingen en bepalen van vervolgstappen - Werken volgens strenge kwaliteits en veiligheidsprocedures - Meewerken aan verbeteringen binnen 5S en het productieproces Dit krijg je - Een bruto maandsalaris van €3100 tot €3750 exclusief toeslag (€3500 tot €4250 inclusief) - 13,3% ploegentoeslag over alle gewerkte uren - In de avonddienst vrij op vrijdag! (maar 4 avonden) - 27 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV dagen - Pensioenregeling volgens cao Metalektro - Een studieregeling en mogelijkheden om certificaten te behalen - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen kwaliteitscontrole en NDT - Dagelijks vers fruit en een bedrijfskantine met verse maaltijden Dit ben je - Je hebt vmbo of mbo werk en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch - Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole binnen een technische productieomgeving - Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een level 2 certificering in één of meerdere NDT technieken - Ervaring met FPI, Eddy C...
