Je beoordeelt producten, begeleidt testen en schakelt direct met leveranciers en klanten wanneer er afwijkingen of klachten zijn. Vanuit een compacte inspection-afdeling heb je veel invloed op de kwaliteit van grote projecten. ✓ Je voert zelfstandig Quality Control onderzoeken uit op afsluiters, appendages en klant specifieke items ✓ Je werkt binnen eigen ontwikkelde procedures en hebt veel contact met leveranciers, klanten en notified bodies ✓ Je krijgt een stevige technische QC-rol binnen een kleine, gespecialiseerde inspection-afdeling wat ga je doen? Als QC Inspector ben je de technische spil in de kwaliteitsborging van afsluiters, appendages en klant specifieke buy-back items. - Uitvoeren en bewaken van Quality Control onderzoeken en procedures op binnenkomende en uitgaande producten - Opstellen van inspectierapporten bij klachten en afkeur, bespreken van afwijkingen en oplossingen met fabrikanten - Bestuderen en interpreteren van nationale en internationale kwaliteitsnormen om producten te beoordelen en technische vragen te beantwoorden - Ondersteunen van de certificatenafdeling bij vragen over ontvangen certificaten en afstemmen met leveranciers - Beoordelen en inspecteren van klant specifieke buy-back items op technische staat en conformiteit - Begeleiden en uitvoeren van testen op afsluiters en appendages, samen met klanten of onafhankelijke partijen - Assisteren bij de ontwikkeling van QC-procedures en -technieken en het overdragen van QC-kennis aan magazijn- en verkoopmedewerkers - Intensief samenwerken met Operations, Technical Director en andere interne afdelingen voor afstemming en overleg Waar ...
